Collagen has become a craze. It's in powder, capsules, water, bars, coffee, and even chocolate. The promises are huge: firm skin, reduced wrinkles, renewed joints, strong hair and nails. But does it really work, or is it just clever marketing?

This is one of the questions I get asked most often. And the honest answer is: it depends. Collagen does have growing scientific backing, but there's a lot of exaggeration, many poor-quality products, and many people taking it incorrectly, without the necessary cofactors for it to truly work.

Today, I'm going to clearly explain what collagen is, what science truly proves, what types exist, how to take it correctly, and who truly benefits from supplementation.
